Robert R. Harrison addresses American College of Legal Medicine in Los Angeles

Stilling & Harrison partner Robert R. Harrison addressed the Annual Meeting of the American College of Legal Medicine in Los Angeles on February 22, 2019.  Invited to provide an update on regulatory issues facing health care providers, his presentation included topics on physician reimbursement under MACRA-MIPS, the scope of the European General Data Protection Rule (GDPR) in the United States,  CMS modifications to Local Coverage Determinations, changes to Medicare Advantage and Part D drug pricing, state and federal fraud and abuse enforcement initiatives, and a review of CMS Exclusion activity for 2018.
